dear in the faith,
this is late for me to say. i am sorry to hear of bill bright’s passing, however, i must conclude that i stand fully against campus crusade for christ. i think the church as a whole is too “results oriented” to see the real damage done by campus crusade. campus crusade teaches annilinationism and transcendalism. their tracts contain writings to support this. not only that, CCC operates in a cult like mode-even forbidding marriage outside their organization.but more obviously, CCC turns more people away than it care to realize. their overzealous attitude is a turn off to many. i am sorry to say this.

you sir are completely ignorant in your assessment of Bill Bright….change 1 % of
the lives this man has touched….then speak
I too have had much contact with the CCC parachurch ministry and my concern is that they are not a church and many of their members are not encouraged to take part in the local body of believers. And the marriage only to other staffers is a little scary as well. I am glad I am no longer a part of the movement.
I was and still is a visionary of CCCI, and I am proud to say that I know Bro. Bill Bright personally even before he founded Campus Crusade.
Once he was at one of my Apostolic Meeting in Canada and I felt in the Spirit that this man was to be someone whom God will truly use. I prohazied to him that very day. A few years later in founded Campus Crusade.
I can’t praise God enough!
Bill, you will fondly be remember by us.

Campus Crusade for Christ or CRU is a Hate Group. They teach Oppression and Discrimination as a matter of practice, passing it off as a “Religion”. And, while they may go on trips to “help others”…they usually demand that the people they claim to be trying to help convert to their brand of Christianity in order to receive any help from them.
