  1. [...] Thanks David. I know, ya just can’t make this kind of stuff up! Okay, this should probably get “some” tongues waggin’…Actually, I have been to the Gold Club once. I took my ex-husband there for Valentines day a million years ago. We went with another couple, friends of ours. It was actually a very swank place, but soooo expensive. There were other couples there as well. I believe they called it a “GENTLEMAN’S CLUB”. Sort of like a Vegas show~girl kind of thing. At one time it was a popular “celebrity/big time stars” hang out. We didn’t stay very long (Mainly because we couldn’t afford it! We had just popped in after dinner intown to surprise the heck out of our men, at that time. And boy, were they surprised! Sort of a gag/joke kinda thing. We laughed our butts off!) and we didn’t see any hooker stuff going on.I was kinda surprised when all the mob stuff came up. Here’s the kicker, the place is now a CHURCH!http://www.inthefaith.com/2003/12/19/infamous-atlanta-strip-club-now-a-church/ [...]
