Posted by: jeff smith at December 26, 2003 05:51 PMHi,
I am a book publisher who has just published a book of an incredibly awe-inspiring, (even terrifying) afterlife experience in which there is a part that the protagonist sees what Christ experienced. I would really like to send a book to Mel Gibson because parts of it are VERY compatible with his version in Passion Of The Christ. It’s only been in print 4 months but has sold 100’s of copies in B.C. Canada. Can I get Mel Gibson’s address so I can mail him a book?
I hope hollywood takes notice !!! I watch clean good movies such as this one “Cheaper By the Dozen” Freaky Friday Jesus’s crucifiction was horrable, that how we know God loves us… He sent the very best of heaven, to die for our sins
Posted by: dan at January 22, 2004 03:16 PMI’ve have tried to both order tickets and posters countless times, to no avail.
How can we get a listing of theatres for the Ash Wednesday release?????
I am so anxious to see this movie, as are my sisters Maura and Kathleen. Mel has always stood apart in Hollywood. He’s just a really decent person. I’m so glad that my siblings and I share one of his middle names (named after St. Gerard.)
I really hope (and feel) Mel’s movie will be an amazing success. I think when you put your heart into something, you never fail.
Posted by: Ellen Hilburn at January 23, 2004 03:11 AMI am 15 and am writing a letter to mel gibson about the Passion film, to say thanks and I would like to send it to his home. Could you leave his home address on my email? thanx
Posted by: Micah Oelze at January 25, 2004 10:42 PMHello,
I would REALLY like to get in contact with Mel Gibson to speak with him about Passion. Is it possible to get his email address? Please, please email me back. Thank you.
To whoever this site is for,
I know that a lot of people have probably asked you this, but I am interested in getting the email and/or mailing address of Mel Gibson so that I can encourage him in his production of The Passion. I know that a lot of hate has been thrown against him, and being such a prominent actor puts a lot of pressure on people. And so I would love the opportunity to thank him for allowing God to use him.. .. if possible, I would love to be able to contact him. Thank you very much and God bless!!?
Posted by: Amy at February 1, 2004 11:24 PMGentlemen,
I have the priviledge to have worked with a compatriot of mine (a Frenchman) living in the United States who has written a most remarkable screenplay of a motion picture on Joan of Arc. He has likewise produced a fully made up story Board, Illustration book and Characters’ descriptions. This is truly an extraordinary work written by a most remarkable writer…
This said, I pray that, despite the enormous amount of requests I am certain you receive every day, you will be kind enough to assist me in acquiring Mr. Gibson’s E-mail address and/or regular mailing address for me to be able to have him sent said script directly.
Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this endeavor, kindly be assured of the expression of my utmost consideration and distinguished regards.
yours sincerely,
Baron Guillaume de la Roche Saint Pierre

I would encourage anyone who has reservations about seeing the Passion of the Christ because of the graphic content to get a grip and get a ticket. Christ suffered the unspeakable for us, for me, and we all NEED to realize and understand the LOVE and PASSION God has for us in order to allow the sacrifice of His son. Not one of us deserve the love expressed by this action and owe our lives to Him. Non-believers will not understand, that the brutality depicted in the movie, though graphic and difficult to watch, was the price Christ paid for each of us. We choose to live a life of pleasures and self-fulfillment with no regard for what happens when this life is over. Believers understand the pain Christ suffered and humbly accept the gift he has already paid for. If you find the movie too graphic or brutal imagine your closest friend suffering this fate for you so that you could live. Would you not be grateful? Imagine watching your father, brother or child suffering what Christ endured so you might be forgiven of cheating, lying, stealing, etc. I would be horrified to watch, but that’s what happened, and I hope this movie will finally make people realize this. This is not a nice little story about a ababy in a manger and Christmas. That’s how it started, but the reason for the birth was to suffer this death. WATCH and I hope it does scare you. Because if it doesnt’, and you die, the eterity you face IS truely UNIMAGINABLE!!! That’s the purpose of this movie, to let everyone know that they don’t have to face such a death.

I am currently watching the Diane Sawyer interview with Mel Gibson. My friends and I are buzzing about the movie and we’re all very eager to see it this Wednesday. For reasons similar to everyone else’s I would like an address (snail mail preferably but e-mail if not) to get a letter to Mr. Gibson. Thank you so much, Gipsy
Posted by: Gipsy at February 16, 2004 09:47 PMI just wanted to let Mel Gibson know that I have been watching his interview with Diane Sawyer. I have been a Catholic all my life and share his feelings that if anyone, Catholic, Jew, or whatever, would read the gospels, and really studied what they say, they would understand what he is trying to show us. I believe that if more people would actually see the horror that was the passion and crucifiction of Christ, we would be less nonchalant about what it means to have been saved and forgiven. I truly applaud his movie and I feel that anyone criticizing it, is just trying to justify their own ignorance & denial of what the life and death of Christ really means for all of us. Kudos to Mel!!! I hope he receives this to enforce his drive to make this movie.
Posted by: Diane at February 16, 2004 09:51 PMIf possible, please pass this message on to Mel Gibson. Thank you.
Dear Mel Gibson,
I just want to let you know how happy my wife and I are to find out that our favorite actor is also a believer; and a brave one at that for having the courage to make The Passion, and for taking all the blows that were and still are being directed against you by people who tremble at the very mention of Jesus’ name.
Be encouraged knowing that there are countless more people that love you and are behind you. Most of all, be encouraged Mel, beacuse you have God with you; for what could be more pleasing to God than to have His name glorified as it is in The Passion.
God bless you.

Posted by: leola at February 25, 2004 07:34 PMI viewed The Passion last night, Ash Wednesday, with my husband. I have never been as moved and affected as I was watching this. There was not a dry eye in the theater. There were tears of sorrow, tears of shame and tears of humility all around us. I cannot imagine that my life will ever be the same. I am a Christian, I am a Catholic. I found God again a little more than a year ago. I am truly humbled at what I saw last night. I feel sure that Mr. Gibson depicted the Passion to be almost precisely as it was over 2000 years ago. There was truely nothing “easy” about the suffering and the crucifixion of Jesus. I am humbled before Him, and I can only pray that I live out the rest of my life trying to atone for my sins, and living my life according to my Father’s will. Thank you Mel Gibson. You work well with God. And His timing was just right, don’t you think? God love you and watch over you and yours.
Respectfully,
Lorraine Wallace
I haven’t seen the “passion of the Christ” yet, I do intend to go see it as soon as I get over the flu.
Mel Gibson, Praise God for him, what courage and conviction he has shown in all this, I watched his interviews and really Respect him for this.
I have been praying for him and his family. Hang in there Mr Gibson, anytime that Gods Truth penetrates the forces of Evil, there will be opposition. Thank you sir, for following your convictions and for not being swayed to Cave in to those who opposed this film.
can’t wait to meet you in heaven sir, since its highly unlikely I will ever meet you here on earth. God bless and protect you and your family.

God bless you Dropoflight.
Mel is being criticized, unfairly, by both the Press, Hollywood, and some ethnic and religious groups. As for the film being too violent, Jesus’ death was violent, anyone reading the Biblical account of His death would realize this. To portray it any other way would not be accurate. I just wanted to remind him what Scripture says about anyone who takes up the cause of Christ will face persecution of some kind. I am including, here, passages from St. Matthew:
Matt. Chapter 5, verse 10:
“Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake’: for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.”
Matt. Chaper 5, verses 11 and 12:
“Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you,
and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.”
Hopefully, the whole world will get to view this film. Scripture also tells us that man is without excuse. I have often wondered how man could be without excuse when everyone has not heard the gospel story. Well, here is a chance for every man to hear. Romans. Chapter 1, verses 16 through 20 states:
“I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes; first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For in the gospel a righteousness of God is revealed , a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who surpress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities- his eternal power and divine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.”
I have been a Mel Gibson fan for as long as I remember. I am Jewish and live in Israel now. The coverage of the latest film has been a little uncertain.
I truly would like to write to Mr Gibson expressing my support.
thank you Mel for your movie, The Passion of the Christ. I struggle in many areas of my life, like every human, when I saw Christ get strength enough to stand and endure more beatings, it gave me renewed hope in my life. How much he must care for me and want the best for my life. I can’t hardly talk to others about the movie without crying. It just did so much for me. Thank you so much. I’m praying for you and your family. What will your next movie be???? I want more!!!

Like so many of ya’ll I would like to have an address where I can send Mel Gibson a letter. “The Passion” was something I needed to see and I think everyone needs to see, but this will sound weird, but Christians especially. We need to know and understand what our Savior went through for us. I don’t think it could have gotten any more real. Reading the story and seing a play every Easter does not do it justice. If anyone has gotten an address for Mel Gibson, please email it to me at Mustang10k@aol.com. He needs to know what everyone thought, especially the good stuff. The best part about the whole movie was that it was so biblically correct. I was amazed. Lydia
Posted by: Lydia at February 28, 2004 09:41 PMI am really overwhelmed by Mel Gibson’s “Passions of Christ”. His method of showing us how it was back then really made me think. The film moved me in a way I felt apart of it.
I really would like his address to write and let him know personally!
Dear Mr. Gibson:
I just wanted to take this opportunity and say..”Well done…my good and faithful servant!!!” The film that was created and produced by you…was truly in your eyes and by your words exactly “Not about me but about him” This film couldn’t have gotten any better. The only thing that it did touch was our lives. You saw it through the film as Jesus was touching those around him…so was he at points and times during his suffering and beating and crucifixation on Calvary. But, what touched people the most about this film was what happened when the lights came up and the tears that were seen and had been shed. The heads that were in their laps in prayer and from their own hurt and personal sins. Those lives who were clinging to loved ones from the pain and suffering and those who sat there in their own personal search for a better life. I live here in Hays, Kansas…and I live in a small community that is host to three catholic churches and many churches around. What I’ve noticed in the past several months that God has placed his wonderful hands around our community by showing us as a whole that Jesus is Love. After many months our community is finally coming together. Brothers and sisters of different denominations are breaking down walls and putting on the true cloak of Jesus. I’m also proud to say, that we as a community have found no fault in this film. I personally have watched this film twice…and like others…I was tremendously hit hard in the heart with the beating and suffering that this man took for my sins and the sins of the world. As those of you who have seen the film and are still in utter belief and are hurt by what you have seen…remember we were “all” a part of his beating and death! It started from Judas, to Peter, to Caphais, Pontius Pilate, The roman soldiers, and finally to you and me…by the sins we commit on a daily basis. For those of you who think you may or may not commit sins. Remember we are born sinners. “We have all fallen short of the glory of God! “For God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, shall not perish..but have everlasting life. Yes…that’s you and me. But, you don’t have to wait until his return to accept him into your life. IF your troubled and afraid and alone, and are searching for answers. Call upon him now. He is always there!!!
Anyway, Mel…we are so ever proud of you and for the stand you have made…It tells us that you are strong in your faith and in your heart. We are also proud that you have stood and turned the other cheek from all the other persecutions. Anyway…thank you for all you’ve done and for what you are doing in the world from this movie. May God Bless you and your family!!!!
Ohh… Mel I wish that I could talk to you for 20 seconds. In it I would tell him how thankful I am for this movie. I truly respect all people and think that everyone should have the right to what they beleive in. However, THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH. The bible clearly states that the ones that he came to save killed him and the truth is that they were the Jews who still do not beleive in him.
And to the African American’s, of which I am, I say if you truly belive in Christ it shouldn’t matter who the movie portrays Him to be. I think that if it meant that he had to come to this world as an Asian it would not have mattered.
Mel Gibson I Love You and God loves you to. This world is so twisted…when Directors create movies that totally offends Christians no one seems to care.
To you Mel I say I’m glad that you did not choose to gain the typical things of this world and loose your soul.
I to would love to obtain his home address.
Posted by: Shavonne at March 1, 2004 09:50 PMI too would like an email/mailing address for Mel, to thank him for helping to awaken me to what Christ did for us. I had not been a Christian-type when I first watched it, and I’m still pretty eclectic, but now Christ is a big part. His film is the most beautiful I have seen and one of the most powerful, I never cry in movies but I sure did when I watched the Passion! Kudos to the strength and love that Christ showed for us, and that Mel showed for Christ.
Posted by: Annabel at March 2, 2004 06:34 PMHello,
My name is Claramae and I would just like to tell Mel Gibson that no matter what all those other people say his movie was great. I am only 14 years old and when I watched your movie I could not stop crying. Though there are alot of good things about this movie, the greatest thing about it was that it brought me back to GOD. I new that Christ died for me, but it became real when I saw it in your movie. I know I am not the only one who has been touched by your movie. Through you God is getting his message out. I pray for you and your family, and I thank God that you made that movie. You changed my life. GOD BLESS YOU!!!
Posted by: Claramae at March 3, 2004 09:11 PMDear Mr. Gibson:
Thank you for having the courage to stand on the Truth, to be faithful to your convictions, and to remain undeterred while in the midst of vicious, and baseless attacks.
The LORD Jesus Christ said, “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him will I also confess before my Father in Heaven.” (Matthew 10:33) You have done that with great boldness, before a watching world. Thank you!!
I believe that God has raised you up for such a time as this. You are a true spiritual Braveheart. May God bless you richly for your boldness in standing for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
It is interesting that if a film were made about any other person throughout human history, it would not have stirred the hatred nad attacks against the film producers as this film has. That is of course because there is POWER in the very name of Jesus. His name is above every other name and at His name every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that He is Lord.
He is the razors edge Who will one day separate all of humanity, either to His left or to His right.
There are not enough words to describe the power of your film, The Passion Of The Christ. It was the most beautiful nad moving film that I have ever seen.
As you consider other film projects, I have a suggestion. I don’t know if your are familiar with any of the novels written by Christian author Frank E. Peretti. His books, “This Present Darkness” and “Piercing The Darkness” are about the reality of spiritual warfare and would make very powerful films if done properly. As a veteran of spiritual warfare, I’m sure that you could relate.
May God continue to bless you and your family.
In Christ,
BT
To Mr. Gibson:
Thank you so much for The Passion of The Christ. This movie touched me deeply and reminded me of what Jesus went through and the physical and emotional sacrifice he made to free all of us from sin. You are a great actor and director but are truly a man who is not afraid to stand up for his faith and I am thankful to you for that. Thank you for having the courage to do this film, for sharing it with us all, you are truly a christian braveheart. Sent with admiration.
Dear Mr. Gibson:
Thank you for your film “The Passion Of The Christ.” It was without question the most moving and powerful film that I have ever had the priviledge of seeing.
Thank you for being faithful to the One Who Who alone could declare, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6) As you have been faithful to boldly proclaim Christ before men, God’s Word delares that Christ is now confessing you before the Father. I know that He will bless you for your faithfulness.
May you continue to stand strong for the Lord Jesus Christ, as you grow in God’s grace and the knowledge of Him. Someone once said, “One with God is a majority.” Please know that, you are not alone, many are lifting you and your family in prayer, even now.
May the LORD continually bless you and keep you now and always.
In Christ,
Bert Turner
If I cannot have your E-mail address,I will understand why.But I hope that this will be forwarded to you,Mel Gibson. You will no doubt come under heavy attack from Satan for making this movie,”The Passion Of Christ”.So I hope and pray that you have on the whole armor of God ,as told in the book of Romans. My request to you is this, that you make a sequel about the ressurrection and the time He spent with His disciples.Plus the asscenion on the Mount of Transfiguration….Another Fan that is praying for you…Harry Huggins

Well, I would like to say out of pretty much everyone here Most people are missing that in which very few people have in common with Mel. And that’s the faith. Like Mel I am a Traditional Catholic who attends mass every Sunday. I attend a mass with the Latin rite and the traditional form of 2,000 years. I’m not of the Novice Ordo and I am not a watered down Christian. I’m 17 and have been going to St. Athanasius all my life. One of the things I have learned is that there are very few of those out there who still are willing to follow Christ in not only his word but his actions. Mel happens to be one of those, like myself. I have been looking for someway to contact him and would appreciate it greatly if I had his e-mail address. While I’m not a great fan of his, I am a fan of God as he his and would like greatly to speak with Mel and let him know he is not alone.

Posted by: Brian Scowcroft at March 7, 2004 07:37 PMI would have much respect for this movie and Mel Gibson if he donates the proceeds from the movie to a Christian fund feeding, clothing, and healing the sick and poor. That would be a true Christian act, not making money off of Jesus’ death and suffering. I pray he will do the right thing. Along with distributing free of charge the movie to churches.

Is it possible to get his e-mail?

Those that have criticized the movie as being too violent don’t understand (and accept) the idea that these were especially violent times. As Gibson has said, the Bible (especially the Old Testament) is R-rated and especially gory at times. It started with the Cain murdering Able and included the destruction of the people in Sodam and Gomorrah, wiping out of mankind by a flood in Noah’s time, drowning of the Egyptians during the sea crossing by Moses, etc.
The reality is that people actually were stoned to death, crucified, and otherwise cruelly tortured in those early days. To depict it graphically on film merely makes it less of Hollywood fantasy and more of a documentary. We accept the gore and violence in other movies, because we know it doesn’t really happen that way in real life. And the bad guys usually get killed, or at least get caught. When this movie ends, the bad guys (Roman soldiers and Jews) appear to have gotten away with it. . . and still have. They will, of course, ultimately pay the eternal price at the last judgment.
If the movie just makes people think a little bit more about what life is all about, then it’s a worthwhile effort.
I also wish to congradulate Mel with personal mail and am hereby adding my petiton to resceive his email or fan mail address to this list.
Many blessings.

Posted by: Kellye at March 23, 2004 06:17 PMLike most of the letters I have just read, this - my letter - is to ask for the postal and/or e.mail addresses of Mel Gibson and Jim Caviezel.
Not only do I wish to write and thank them for their obvious co-operation with God’s grace and inspiration in the making of “The Passion” but there is something special that I would like to send them, just as a little gift and token of my esteem and appreciation. I hope you will be able to send me these addresses.
Thank you …… Nanette.
I have seen everyone has asked for this but is there an address where I can write to Mel Gibson and tell him… encourage him… how The Passion of The Christ affected me and my faith?

Congratulations to you, Mr. Mel Gibson, for all the success God has blessed you with, for accomplishing your most recent religious endeavor of bringing to the world, The Passion.Thank you for being an extraordinary Christian, for using Armenian music in The Passion, and for being noble in mentioning how the Armenians (first Christian nation) were massacred, in your Diane Sawyer interview. How magnificent it would be if you made an Armenian movie, like the heroic Armenian Musa Dagh story, similar to Braveheart, that would also bring you Oscars. How the whole world would honor you for making such a humanitarian movie to stamp out Genocides. God bless you with peace, good health, prosperity, and happiness always. B. Terzian - “Forget Not Thy Armenia” (online poem)
